Leave of Absence Application Form
As from September 2013 the governors have agreed in line with government policy that NO leave in term time can be authorised unless parents can prove exceptional circumstances.
All applications for leave must be made in advance by the parent of residence using the ‘Request for leave of absence’ form, available from the school office, or by clicking the link above.
Requests will only be authorised if the circumstances surrounding the request can be evidenced, by parents, to be exceptional.
