Musical Classroom
Music can be found within every room and within almost every subject of the curriculum at St Joseph's. It is played in the Hive to support learning; in classrooms within the music lessons of course, but also to support further learning. For instance you might hear the Year 3 children learning their times tables through songs. In EYFS and KS1 nursery rhymes and simple songs help us to recall events, such as the Great Fire of London. Year 5 may be learning to play an instrument and the whole school will be using it to praise the word of God.
